Codou SOW-SECK holds a Master’s Degree in International Transport (University of Panthéon-Sorbonne, France) and a DEA in Economic Law and Business (Gaston-Berger University of St-Louis, Senegal).

Member of the Dakar Bar since 2006, Mr. SOW has solid expertise in business law and accompanies Senegalese economic operators and foreign investors in their commercial transactions by assisting them on all legal issues related to their activities in Senegal.

His expertise has also earned him the ability to assist his clients in cross-border transactions, either in the context of M & A transactions or in project financing involving international financial institutions.

Drawing on her experience and specialization in transport law, she has assisted investors in negotiating concession agreements for the management of important port, airport and rail infrastructures.

Codou SOW – SECK is particularly interested in energy projects and advises both operators and lenders in public-private partnerships.
